How do I create an estimate?

  1. Go to the Invoice module then click on Estimates on the left menu or you can go to the Quick Add menu and click on Estimate

  2. Once you are in the Add Estimate page, please select the name of the Contact (someone you may be doing business in future) or a Customer (someone or a company that you are already doing business with)

  3. Complete the Item details such as the Products or Services that you are sending the estimate for

  4. After you have completed adding the item details make sure the Subtotal and Total are correct.

  5. You can export to pdf, excel or you can send the estimate via email
